Alison Krauss

Alison Krauss one of most well-known and wealthy Country singers born on July 23, 1971 in Decatur, Illinois the United States of America. She and LeAnn Kymes were two of the earliest recipients of a Grammy Award. Alison Maria Krauss is an American singer, songwriter and bluegrass musician. Born on the 23rd of July 1971. She was a teenager when she first entered the music world, having won local contests from the age of 10 old, and recorded her first album at the age of fourteen years of age. When she was 14, she enrolled with Rounder Records and in 1987 came out with her debut album. In addition, she was invited to the band Alison Krauss Union Station where she is still performing. Later, in 1989 her debut solo album was released together with them.
